CTOnews.com, November 4 (Xinhua)-- the media rating of the action game blockbuster "God of War: the Gods of Twilight" developed by Sony was officially lifted today, with an average score of 94 on the Metacritic website (M station). A total of more than 90 media gave their own ratings, all of which were well received and many media gave full marks.

CTOnews.com learned that Ares: the Gods of Twilight is the second highest-rated new game on M Station this year, after another masterpiece, Elden Ring (96 points), and the game is also on the M Station must play (Must-Play) list. In addition, "Ares: the Gods of Twilight" also became Sony's highest-rated PS5 game, surpassing the previous "Soul of the Devil: remake" (92).

"Ares: the Gods of Twilight" will be launched on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on November 9. The regular version of PS4 costs HK $468 (about RMB 402.48). The PS4 version can be upgraded to PS5 for an extra HK $100.

M station will give comprehensive scores from major media editors and well-known commentators by means of statistical weighted averages (the weighted algorithm is currently officially confidential), with a maximum weighted score of 100 and a maximum user score of 10. Therefore, the score of Metacritic is worthy of reference by many people.
