Cloud native PaaS platform SOFAStack4.0 "dual-mode IT" refers to the coexistence of "steady-state" and "sensitive" IT architecture in the digital transformation of enterprises. Among them, the "steady-state" architecture supports traditional businesses that require high security, stability, or strong predictability, while the "sensitive" architecture supports innovative businesses that require high innovation, flexibility, or low predictability.

Distributed database OceanBase Community version 4.0The OceanBase Community version 4.0Beta (public trial) was unveiled at this cloud conference, which has the same performance as the enterprise version, is more compatible and easier to use, and can be quickly deployed in 2 minutes. This means that the industry's first MySQL-compatible stand-alone distributed integrated database has been officially launched.

OceanBase 4.0lowers the threshold of database use, breaks the boundary of distributed database, and makes distributed database universal. CTOnews.com learned that OceanBase 4.0 (Little Fish Paetica) made its debut at the 2022 OceanBase annual conference on August 10. After 85 days of rapid iteration, OceanBase 4.0 experienced scenario testing of internal and external customers and stability polishing of real business scenarios.

OceanBase Community version 4.0, which was announced at the Cloud Conference, has the same performance as the Enterprise Edition. The test environment supports 2C8G at least, and the production environment supports 4C16G at least, resulting in a significant improvement in performance. After testing, OceanBase Community Edition 4.0in the same hardware environment, the performance of OLTP (online transaction processing) is 1.9 times that of MySQL, and the performance of OLAP (online Analytical processing) is 5 to 6 times that of Greenplum.

At the site of the Yunqi conference, OceanBase also announced that the fully hosted OceanBase Cloud 4.0 is also officially open for testing.
