CTOnews.com, November 2, according to the release of Nanchang Railway, the continuous beam of the Xinjiang Jiangxi Branch Bridge on the Changjing-Yellow High-speed Railway has been successfully closed recently. at this point, the 17-kilometer Xinjiang Branch Bridge has been completed, laying the foundation for subsequent ballastless track construction and track laying.

CTOnews.com learned that the Changjing Yellow High Speed Railway is an important part of the national high-speed railway network. From Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province in the west, through Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, Jingdezhen City, east to Huangshan City, Anhui Province, a total length of 289.908 kilometers. Among them, Jiangxi section is 200.276 kilometers long, with a design speed of 350km per hour, with seven stations in Yaoli, Jingdezhen North, Leping North, Poyang South, Yugan, Junshan Lake and Nanchang East, which are scheduled to open for operation by the end of 2023. The route crosses the great rivers and lakes, the Poyang Lake Plain and the Huangshan Mountains for many times. It is a very beautiful tourist scenery.

The continuous beam of this closure is located at the junction of Nanchang and Shangrao, across the main waterway of Xinjiang Branch in the upper reaches of Poyang Lake, which is an important control project in Jiangxi section of Changjing-Yellow High-speed Railway. The main piers 291 and 292 of the continuous beam adopt round-end solid piers with a height of 23.5 meters and 23 meters respectively, and the main girder adopts single box and double chambers. Because the two main piers are located beside the main river of Xin River, the pressure on the water side is large, and the geology is very complex, so it is difficult to construct the pile foundation and pier in the early stage. The team overcame the difficulties and completed the construction successfully.

When the Changjing-Yellow high-speed railway is completed and opened to traffic, it will end the history of no high-speed rail running at 350 kilometers per hour in counties and cities such as Leping, Yugan, Poyang and Jingdezhen, and form another high-speed rail artery connecting Jiangxi with the Yangtze River Delta.
