CTOnews.com November 2, according to WccfTech news, AMD CEO Su Zifeng said at an investor conference that the next generation of RDNA 3 GPU, launched later this week, will adopt the state-of-the-art game graphics architecture and 5-nanometer microchip design, significantly improve performance and performance per watt, and include new features to support high-resolution, high-frame-rate games.

The new feature that Su Zifeng mentioned to support high-resolution, high-frame-rate games is likely to be FSR 3.0 super-resolution sampling technology to counter Nvidia's DLSS 3.0.

CTOnews.com reported that in September this year, AMD announced a new iteration of time-domain sampling amplification technology-- FidelityFX Super Resolution (Super Resolution Sharp, or FSR) 2.1. FSR 2.1includes updates to the algorithm to improve picture quality in the game while reducing artifacts such as ghosting and splash screens.

With regard to AMD's upcoming RX 7000 graphics card, whistleblower @ 9550pro has shared photos of the first public domain graphics card.

According to the latest news, AMD's new RX 7900 series graphics cards will not be available until early December after the release on November 4. AMD launches two models with suffixes of XTX and XT and video memory of 24GB and 20GB respectively. Both cards will be based on the AMD 5nm RDNA3 architecture of the Navi 31 GPU,XTX model with a 12288 stream processor with 24GB 384bit 20Gbps GDDR6 video memory, and the XT model with a 10752 stream processor with 20GB 320Bit 20Gbps GDDR6 video memory.
