CTOnews.com news on November 2, it was officially learned from the China Information and Communication Institute that from October 17 to 28, the 16th Research Group of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T SG16) held a plenary meeting, and the two block chain international standards ITU-T F.751.6 and ITU-T F.751.7 led by the China Institute of Information and Communications (CICT) were successfully passed.

Among them, ITU-T F.751.6 is the performance evaluation method of distributed ledger technology platform (Performance assessment methods for distributed ledger technology platforms), which puts forward specific requirements for block chain performance evaluation, defines the block chain performance evaluation index and its calculation method, and standardizes the work flow of block chain performance testing and the requirements for the generation of performance test reports.

ITU-T F.751.7 is the function evaluation method of distributed ledger technology platform (Functional assessment methods for distributed ledger technology platforms), which standardizes the basic function test method of block chain platform, and defines specific test methods and test cases.

CTOnews.com learned that the above two international standards, as supplementary extensions of ITU-T F.751.1 (Assessment criteria for distributed ledger technologies, requirements for distributed ledger technical evaluation), further improved the international standard system of ITU-T blockchain, and also marked another solid step in the internationalization of China's blockchain evaluation methods.
