Beijing, Nov. 1 (Beijing time)-the world's richest man, Elon Musk, said Monday that he would serve as CEO of Twitter. So far, he has completed a $44 billion acquisition of Twitter.

Musk filed a revised 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, saying he would serve as Twitter's CEO after the acquisition.

▲ Musk said he would be CEO. Last week, Musk moved into Twitter headquarters, changed his profile to "Twitter boss" (Chief Twit), and fired four senior Twitter executives, including CEO Palag Agravar (Parag Agrawal) and CFO Ned Ned Segal (Ned Segal), immediately after the formal completion of the acquisition.

Musk will now run Tesla, SpaceX, Twitter, Neuralink, a brain-computer interface company, and The Boring Company, a tunnel-digging company.
