CTOnews.com, October 30 (Xinhua)-- at the end of last year, Porsche officially unveiled new all-electric cars, the Taycan GTS and Taycan GTS Sport Turismo, at the 2021 Los Angeles Auto Show.

The brand new Porsche Taycan GTS will also come to China, which has announced a domestic price of 1.392 million yuan. The new car can reach 504km with a speed of 3.7score WLTP.

Porsche officially announced that the 2022 (second) China (Tianjin) International Auto Show, which opens on November 10, will have its domestic debut, including a four-door sedan and a Sport Turismo, but only a four-door sedan will be introduced.

From the previous "vehicle purchase tax-free new energy vehicle model catalogue (58th batch)" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the new car is equipped with 83.7kWh battery and can reach 538km for pure electric life.

According to Porsche, the new all-wheel drive Taycan GTS is "the sports all-around player of the series" and can output 590bhp brake horsepower and 850Nm super torque when using ejection mode.

In terms of power output and performance, the Taycan GTS series is between the Taycan 4S and the Taycan Turbo, with a top speed of 155mph.

When the start control system is turned on, the Taycan GTS can achieve supercharged power up to 440kW. It takes only 3.7s to accelerate from rest to 100km / h, and the maximum speed 250km / h WLTP lasts the mileage 504km.

CTOnews.com has reported that the overseas version of GTS uses a 93.4kWh battery with a range of 313mph (503.72 km) and supports 270kW's fast charging capability, which can recharge the battery from 10% to 80% in 20 minutes.

Porsche said Sport Turismo wagons offer up to 1200 litres of baggage space for customers who want the extra usefulness of Cross Turismo wagons but want the road performance of ordinary Taycan models.

In addition, the adaptive air suspension system of Porsche active suspension Management system (PASM) is specifically tuned for GTS to provide better lateral dynamic performance. The optional rear axle steering system also has a more sporty setting. The improved Porsche Electronic Sports Sound (Porsche Electric Sport Sound) is more powerful.

It is worth mentioning that both the car version and the ST travel version have an electrochromic panoramic canopy with light control, built-in nine liquid crystal film segments, and four transmittance modes: Clear (transparent), Matte (frosted), Semi (40%) and Bold (60%). When locking the car, scrub is the default setting, and the nine zones can also adjust the transmittance as a whole or individually, as well as the switching effect of sequential activation, achieving both anti-dazzling and daylighting, and providing better thermal insulation.
