CTOnews.com, October 29, according to the statistics of the online freight information interaction system of the Ministry of Transport, by the end of September 2022, there were 2382 online freight transport enterprises (including branches), integrating 5.493 million social scattered transport capacity and 4.969 million drivers. In the third quarter, a total of 2275.0 million waybills were uploaded by online freight transport enterprises across the country, an increase of 37.2% over the same period last year.

Among the 30 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, Qinghai without network freight enterprises) and Xinjiang Corps, the top three provinces with document upload rates are Guizhou, Shanxi and Tianjin, and the last three provinces are Beijing, Xizang and Hainan.

The top three provinces in vehicle qualification compliance rate are Sichuan, Jilin and Henan, and the last three provinces are Guangdong, Xinjiang Corps and Hebei.

The top three provinces in driver qualification compliance rate are Sichuan, Jilin and Heilongjiang, and the last three provinces are Guangdong, Xinjiang Corps and Hunan.

The top three provinces in track compliance rate are Heilongjiang, Henan and Jilin, and the last three provinces are Guangdong, Xinjiang Corps and Hebei.

CTOnews.com learned that data from the Ministry of Transport showed that of the 2382 online freight companies, 630 did not upload waybills, including 78 in Anhui, 64 in Hebei and 52 in Jiangsu. 376 enterprises failed to upload driver location information as required, including 69 in Anhui, 43 in Jiangsu and 24 in Zhejiang. Up to now, a total of 47 network freight enterprises (including branches) have been cancelled nationwide.
