Each system has completed the relevant functional inspection, ready, waiting for the official launch mission.

At present, the Shenzhou 14 astronauts are in good condition in orbit and have carried out in-orbit rendezvous and docking operation training and materials and equipment arrangement in cooperation with ground scientists and technicians. In addition, the space station assembly is in good condition, the functional performance is stable, and it has the conditions for rendezvous and docking with the Mengtian experimental module.

On October 25, the combination of Mengtian experimental module and long March 5b remote four carrier rocket was transferred to the launch area. The follow-up work will be carried out according to the plan, such as pre-launch functional inspection and joint testing, and it is planned to choose an opportunity to carry out the launch in the near future. After launch, the Mengtian experimental module will eventually form a T configuration with the sky and core module and the third module of the experimental module, which also marks the completion of the National Space Laboratory.

CTOnews.com learned that the Mengtian experimental module is mainly for microgravity scientific research, equipped with experimental cabinets with multi-disciplinary directions such as fluid physics and material science, and supports the study of the essential laws of materials such as the solidification mechanism of materials under the cover of gravity, as well as cutting-edge experimental research such as ultra-cold atomic physics.
