CTOnews.com October 28 news, BYD Electronics (International) Co., Ltd. today released unaudited results for the nine months ended September 30, 2022. Unaudited turnover for the first nine months reached 71.156 billion yuan, an increase of 7.92 percent over the same period last year. Net profit was 1.237 billion yuan, down 42.66 percent from the same period last year.

BYD Electronics is a high-end platform manufacturer under BYD, which currently focuses on smartphones and laptops, new smart products, automotive intelligent systems and health care and other business areas. it is a supplier of middle frame and rear cover for a number of smartphone brands.

CTOnews.com learned that BYD's turnover fell 1.88 per cent to 43.694 billion yuan in the first half of 2022, gross profit fell 23.94 per cent to 2.328 billion yuan, and net profit of 634 million yuan fell 61.43 per cent compared with the same period last year.

According to this calculation, BYD Electronics had a turnover of 27.462 billion yuan and a net profit of 603 million yuan in the third quarter of 2022.
