CTOnews.com, October 27 (Xinhua)-- Apple has released a beta version of iOS 16.2 Beta, and it has been found that Apple has enabled Siri voice recognition on the Apple TV to get a more personalized experience.

According to Apple, the new feature allows Siri to recognize users' voices, switch to Apple TV user profiles, play users' music, and provide personalized video recommendations for up to six family members. This feature will be available to all users when the official version of tvOS 16. 2 is released later this year.

As Sigmund Judge, editor-in-chief of Screen Times, points out, the Siri voice profile on iPhone or iPad can be associated with Apple TV. Judge shares a preview of this feature on Twitter, but it hasn't fully worked in Beta beta yet.

CTOnews.com learned that earlier this week, Apple released the official version of tvOS 16.1 with a new compact Siri interface and added support for "Hey Siri" voice commands on Apple TV through AirPods.

Apple recently released Apple TV 4K (2022) with new features including A15 bionic chip, support for HDR10 + video in compatible applications, up to 128GB storage space, Siri remote control with USB-C charging port, thinner, lighter design, no internal fan, and so on.
