CTOnews.com October 27, Apple recently released iOS 16..2 developer preview version of Beta, with a number of new features. With the launch of the iOS 16.2Beta, Apple has added a new sleep widget that can be added to the new iOS 16 lock screen along with other widgets.

The sleep widget is the only new widget in iOS 16.2. it draws on data stored in health apps and is collected by Apple Watch or other sleep tracking devices. It provides information such as bedtime and sleep quality in bed, and three variants are available.

One of the simple widgets shows the time users spend in bed, and two tile widget options show sleep quality lines, or become a larger widget that shows bedtime and visual performance. Click the widget to open the sleep section of the "healthy" application.

CTOnews.com learned that on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models, the sleep widget is folded in a dimmed AOD display mode, two tile widgets display a series of line maps, and a single tile widget displays the icon of the bed.
