CTOnews.com, October 26 (Xinhua)-- BYD announced that it recently opened its first store in Brasilia, the capital, with Saga, Brazil's largest dealer group.

At present, BYD has 10 new energy vehicle dealership stores in Brazil and has won franchises in 31 major local cities, and the business layout is expected to expand to 45 cities by the end of this year and 100 stores by the end of 2023.

CTOnews.com has reported that BYD said in February that it would further increase its visibility in the local passenger car market with the listing of Han EV in Brazil. Famous local car dealers such as Eurobike have cooperated with BYD.

BYD Brazil is expected to work with dealers to cover pure electric passenger vehicles in 45 major cities in Brazil by the end of this year, and plans to have 100 designated dealerships by the end of 2023.

Landing in Brazil's four-wheel drive high-performance version of the flagship Han EV can accelerate at 100km in 3.9seconds, with a pure electric mileage of 550km under NEDC comprehensive conditions.
