CTOnews.com learned that these positions related to automotive manufacturing include new energy vehicle sales consultant, automotive media public relations, senior intelligent cockpit test engineer (Wuhan), on-board system product manager (Wuhan), intelligent cockpit project management expert (Wuhan), auto parts / spare parts orders, mechanical structure engineer, chassis electric control engineer, etc. Among them, the recruitment demand for chassis electric control engineers says that it requires 3-5 years of working experience in a complete vehicle manufacturing company.

According to Ai Fan er, in response to Meizu's suspected plan to enter the auto industry and seek talent to build its own car, Meizu Technology PR responded: "the company is really storing relevant talents in the automotive field."

In July this year, Geely's Hubei Star Times officially announced the acquisition of Meizu, with a controlling stake of 79.09% in Meizu Technology and separate control over Meizu Technology. After the completion of the deal, Meizu founder Huang Xiuzhang's stake in Zhuhai Meizu will be reduced to 9.79%, and Taobao China will withdraw its shareholding and control of Zhuhai Meizu.

It is reported that Meizu has also applied for a number of patents related to car-machine system this year, and combined with Meizu's response, it seems that Meizu, which is owned by Geely, also plans to join the car-building army.
