CTOnews.com, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) recently, some netizens found a fake "NBA 2K23" game called "Nbasketball 23" in the soft Xbox store, and some netizens gave bad reviews after being tricked into buying the game.

Nbasketball 23 seems to have logged into the Xbox store sometime in October. Judging from the pictures posted by netizens, at least two netizens were tricked into buying the game and gave bad reviews when they found it was fake. One of the bad reviews was titled "I will * sue you". The comment said, "I thought this was 2K 23. I wasted $50 on this app. You will talk to my lawyer soon."

The background image of Nbasketball 23 on the Xbox store page is a promotional picture of 2K23 cover star Devin Booker. The price of the game is set at $59.99, but a screenshot shows a discounted price of $9.99.

So far, the game has been removed from the shelves by Sarp Apps, which has a number of works in the Xbox store, including Beamnp Drive Ambulance, Internet Cafe Computer Simulator 2022 3D and Guide For Fall Guys Customization.

CTOnews.com learned that this is not the first fake game to appear in the Xbox store, where a fake God of War game, called War Gods Zeus of Child, was removed from shelves in August. The game's developer, Dolaka LTD, also developed fake Pokemon, Mario and V-rise games, some of which are still on sale today.
