The device has multiple interfaces: built-in Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, Ethernet interface, 3 USB-An and 2 USB-C, and a Mini-Display Port interface (which supports HBR2), which can drive up to 3 external monitors at the same time, including 2 4K 60Hz monitors.

Microsoft Windows Development Kit 2023 measures 196 mm x 152 mm x 27.6 mm, the shell is made of 20% recycled marine plastic, the whole is black, and the power button, start button and UEFI button can be seen externally. it weighs 960g and runs the Windows 11 Pro (Professional Edition) system.

CTOnews.com learned that Microsoft Windows Development Kit 2023, priced at $599.99 (4362 yuan), will be the first to be sold in eight countries: China, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Microsoft said that tool chains such as Visual Studio 2022 would support Arm natively and promised to continue to invest in Arm native tool chain and build partnerships and collaboration to develop the ecosystem.

Microsoft revealed that it is committed to introducing Unity Player natively into the Windows Arm platform, and developers using the Unity game engine will be able to easily get native performance for Windows Arm devices. More details on the schedule will be shared later.
