CTOnews.com, October 25 (Xinhua)-- Apple today announced an increase in the pricing of Apple Music and Apple TV + subscription services, resulting in a simultaneous rise in Apple One bundles.

The monthly price of Apple Music is up about $1 (for individuals) and about $2 (for households); Apple TV+ is up $2; and Apple One is up about $3 a month.

CTOnews.com learned that this is the first time that Apple has raised the subscription price of "Music", "TV+" and "Apple One" in the United States.

Apple said the increase in Apple Music subscription prices was due to an increase in licensing costs. The company says authors will receive more revenue, while the increase in the price of Apple TV + reflects the growing variety of original TV shows and movies:

The pricing of Apple Music, Apple TV+ and Apple One will be raised from today. Apple One

Individual: $16.95 per month (original price $14.95)

Family: $22.95 per month (from $19.95)

Premier: $32.95 per month per year (from $29.95)
