The car is a brand-new model of BYD Ocean Network, positioned as a medium-sized SUV with a size of 4820/1920/1750mm and a wheelbase of 2820mm, larger than Song PLUS DM-i but slightly smaller than Tang DM-i.

CTOnews.com understands that this model has been pre-sold, divided into two power versions, pre-sale range of 220,000 - 280,000 yuan.

Frigate 07 is the second model of BYD warship series, which is similar to BYD Tang's sister car as a whole, but with a brand-new design and full use of the latest "marine aesthetics" design style, it looks more fashionable.

The new car has a unique air intake grille at the front part, which further enriches the youthful texture of the car through chrome plating. On both sides of the front of the car, there are headlights composed of LED light sources to decorate, providing better recognition at night.

In addition, the polygonal air intake grille is also equipped with a luminous light source, equipped with matrix LED headlights, the whole looks very scientific and technological.

BYD officials didn't announce the car's interior, but leaks show it's not much different from Tang DM-i, equipped with an adaptive suspension Pad and a small size all-LCD dashboard.

In terms of power, the car is equipped with 1.5T DM4.0 super hybrid system, which is divided into DM-i and DM-p versions.

The maximum power of the 1.5T engine of the new car is 102kW, the peak power of the front/rear motor is 145kW/150kW, equipped with iron phosphate blade battery, and the estimated pure electric range is 200km.
