CTOnews.com, Oct. 23, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple plans to launch several new Mac products in the coming months, including the new MacBook Pro, Mac mini and Mac Pro.

Gurman said in his latest "Power On" newsletter that Apple is developing the first Mac Pro with a self-developed chip and that the company is stepping up testing of the device. Gurman doesn't expect it to go on sale until 2023.

In addition, Gurman said the new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro will offer M2 Pro and M2 Max processors. It is reported that M2 Max will have 12 CPU cores (including 8 performance cores and 4 energy efficiency cores) and 38 GPU cores, and will continue to be equipped with unified memory up to 64GB.

As for the next Apple Mac mini,Gurman, it says the device will be equipped with the same M2 chip as the MacBook Air and 13-inch MacBook Pro. Apple has apparently tested the M2 Pro chip in the new Mac mini, with an increase in the number of cores, but Gurman did not further say whether Apple will release this version.

CTOnews.com learned that while Gurman did not expect the new Mac Pro to be launched before 2023, he said he expected the next generation of MacBook Pro and Mac mini models to be launched "in the coming months".
