According to the Geekbench list, the S23 Ultra is equipped with an unnamed chipset with the "kalama" motherboard logo, the CPU architecture is "1x 2x2x3", and the main core frequency is 3.6GHz. According to previous rumors, the processor is Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, "1x 3.36GHz Cortex-X3 mega core + 4 × 2.8GHz Cortex-A715 / A710 large core + 3 × 2.02GHz Cortex-A510 small core.

CTOnews.com learned that the test equipment achieved a single core score of 1521 points and a multi-core score of 4689 points, with excellent results. For reference, the highest score of the Galaxy S22 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is 12000.4200 respectively. The list shows that the test device has 8GB memory, and it is expected that the machine will provide at least a version of 12GB memory. In addition, the phone runs Android 13, which is probably OneUI 5.

Whether Samsung will also release the Galaxy S23 model with Exynos remains to be seen because of earlier rumors that all Samsung S-Series phones in 2023 will use Qualcomm SoC, while newer reports say Exynos chips are still under consideration.
