CTOnews.com learned that Yiwei LiNeng said that the first LF560K battery uses super-large battery CTT (Cell to TWh) technology, that is, cell technology for TWh-level energy storage scale, which can achieve cost reduction at both the cell and system level, and global delivery is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2024. At present, Yiwei Lithium Energy plans to achieve the capacity scale of electric energy storage 100GWh by 2025.

According to the introduction below, based on CTT technology, LF560K battery can reduce the total cost of the system, has super 560Ah capacity, a single battery can store 1.792kWh energy, and has a cycle life of more than 12000 times. In the application of system integration, compared with LF280K batteries, the use of LF560K batteries can reduce the number of cells by 50%, simplify the number of Pack parts by 47%, increase production efficiency by 30%, and increase container power by 6.5% through cluster-level size optimization.

In addition, Yiwei lithium can use "stacking technology" to solve the technical problems of LF560K battery in electronic conductivity collector design and productivity. on the one hand, the number of polar ears in laminated core package is doubled, the current collection problem of electronic conductivity is solved, and the product DCIR is reduced by 8%; on the other hand, lamination instead of winding, the length of monopole sheet is shortened by 100 times, and the total yield of battery production can be increased by 3%.
