CTOnews.com, Oct. 21, Apple has released a number of watch bands in different colors and materials since the launch of the Apple Watch in 2015. In fact, more than 620 official Apple Watch bands have been released, and there is now a third-party iPhone app that can browse all of them.

Bandbreite provides comprehensive information on every Apple official Apple Watch strap in history, including color, release date, model and price details. The app also allows tracking of watch bands that users already have and provides statistics and insights on favorites, such as favorite colors.

The Bandbreite application is now updated to version 1.7, with some new features, including a picture library for almost all watch bands, the ability to share statistics and insights on your Apple Watch watch band collection with others, and many other improvements. Bandbreite can be downloaded for free on App Store, but more features can be unlocked for a fee.

Bandbreite was first released in September 2020 by Filip Chudzinski and other Apple Watch strap collectors, designers, and software engineers from multiple countries. CTOnews.com learned that the idea for the app stems from posts on online forums that track each Apple Watch strap, and the app icon is a black-and-white strap.
