CTOnews.com news on October 20, GAC GROUP issued a "Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. on the progress of subsidiary GAC Ean capital expansion announcement." According to the announcement, GAC Ean was publicly listed on the Guangzhou property Exchange, implemented capital increase and share expansion, completed the A round of financing war, and introduced 53 strategic investors.

This round of financing is jointly led by PICC Capital, Nangnengchuang, Guomiao Fund, Shenzhen Venture Capital, CITIC Jinshi, Guangzhou Industrial Investment Group or its funds / institutions. The financing totaled 18.294 billion yuan, releasing 17.72% of the shares.

After the completion of financing, the registered capital of GAC Ean has increased from RMB 6.421 billion to RMB 7.803 billion, and the proportion of shares held by the company directly and indirectly has been changed from 93.45% to 76.89%. GAC Ean is still a holding subsidiary of the company.

CTOnews.com learned that Ean's financing is the largest single private financing available in the domestic new energy vehicle industry in recent years, with a post-investment valuation of 103.239 billion yuan, which is the highest valuation of unlisted new energy vehicle companies in China.
