CTOnews.com October 20, Apple AirPods Pro 2 was released in September and is largely considered one of the best wireless headphones on the market. Unlike most Apple products, the AirPods usually works very well with Android phones. However, due to the wrong Bug uninstalled by A2DP offload, Apple AirPods Pro 2 does not seem to be very compatible with Google Pixel phones.

The full name of A2DP is Advanced Audio Distribution Profile Bluetooth Audio Transport Model Protocol. A2DP can use the chip in the headset to stack data to achieve the high definition of sound.

CTOnews.com learned that the error Bug caused the audio to disappear and stop after about 90 seconds of playback. Once the audio stops, the Apple AirPods stays connected, but the playback stops. In order for it to work again, the user needs to disconnect and reconnect the AirPods, and then only last 90 seconds of audio.

Fortunately, there is a temporary solution. Enable "disable Bluetooth A2DP hardware offload uninstall" in the developer options. You can solve this problem, but you need to keep developer mode enabled. This also reduces the audio quality of the headphones. A2DP hardware uninstall can transfer audio decoding from the phone to the headset, which is good for compression and quality, especially the headset can use Apple H2 chip and processing.

It is not clear whether it is Google's implementation of A2DP hardware offload or AirPods Pro 2. Until the authorities come forward to fix the problem, disabling Bluetooth A2DP is the only way to make Apple AirPods Pro 2 work properly.
