CTOnews.com, October 20 (Xinhua)-- as part of today's Silent Hill announcement celebration, Colome released Silent Hill's new book Silent Hill f, which is set in Japan in the 1960s.

The official trailer shows a scenic but dark Japanese town being swallowed by some kind of fungus, and the trailer ends with a woman engulfed by a fungus.

The game is currently under development, with Chinese developer Neobards as the developer, Dragon Rider 07 as the screenwriter, and Nintendo Benji, who has been involved in the development of games such as "Luigi House" and "Pickmin", will act as the producer.

CTOnews.com learned that Colome also announced a full remake of Silent Hill 2 today, as well as a new project in the Silent Hill series, Silent Hill: townfall, which was jointly developed by Colome, Annapurna and No Code Studios, which produced "Stories Untold" and "Observation". There is also the live-time interactive series Silent Hill Ascension and the Silent Hill film series return to Silent Hill, a new live-action film based on Silent Hill 2 directed by Christopher Gans.
