01. Primary beautification below to share my design ideas.
The current table style is indeed monotonous, mainly due to the lack of hierarchical contrast, so you can fill the header with a color:
Color blocks can enrich the hierarchical sense of the page, no longer so thin, but also easy to distinguish between data and headers, more readable.
Then look at the data in each column and see if there is a problem: because the data vary in length and decimal point, it is difficult to see the relative size at a glance.
Share a tip here to align the data uniformly to the right:
The data has a unified location starting point, according to the length of the data, the size relationship can be clearly identified. (PS, remember to add units to the sales in the chart.)
When complicated data is intertwined with various border lines, it is slightly crowded. Remove the vertical split line to make the form more refreshing:

02. Think deeply about the current problem is that tables are still a lot of data, they are just listed there, there is no focus, it is difficult to see at a glance whether the organization is good or bad, so it is necessary to classify the data.
This step is not complicated. Artificially set a uniform standard (for example, the achievement rate above 60% is qualified, below 60% is bad debt), and then draw a red line at the 60% position:
A simple step can solve the distinction between "good" and "bad". This is a useful design, and under normal circumstances, this step is sufficient.
However, if you look closely at the value of the achievement rate, you will find that even the institutions that meet the standards still have a large span. Some institutions even exceed 100%, while others are on the verge of 60%, which is very dangerous.
So I suggest a more detailed adjustment: reward those who have overfulfilled, and warn those who are close to 60. If so, how would you present it? It is recommended to think for a few seconds before looking down.
