Yesterday, Dongfeng Motor officially announced that Dongfeng's first Lantu sedan was named "Chasing Light." The new car takes "light" as the core concept of design, equipped with wing-type LOGO running through the headlights, low-lying body posture and tail "sword-shaped" lamp group.

Specifically speaking, Lantu Light Pursuit adopts the front face modeling design with light as wing, with closed grille shape and wing-type LOGO penetrating headlights; the body adopts low-lying body posture and sliding back roof; the tail adopts streamer shadow tail design modeling, with penetrating LED tail lamp group and VOYAH caption emitting in the center, and a new red "sword" lamp group is added.

CTOnews.com understands that Lantu Chasing Light has completed the summer standard test of high temperature plateau in September this year, ensuring the applicability and durability of the vehicle, and is expected to debut in November.

According to the declaration information of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the length, width and height of Lantu are 5088/1970/1515 (1505) mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 3000 mm. It is equipped with ternary lithium ion battery and dual motor system. The peak power of driving motor is 160kW and 215kW respectively.
