According to CTOnews.com news on October 18, Tesla recently installed a brand new version of the household J1772 "Wall Connector" wall-mounted charging pile on overseas official websites, priced at $550,550 (about 3955 yuan), as a charging solution for all electric vehicles, including Tesla and non-Tesla electric vehicles.

CTOnews.com learned that Tesla said that the new wall-mounted charging piles are ideal for houses, apartments, hotel properties and workplaces, adding 44 miles of range per hour, with a standard cable length of 24 feet and a variety of power settings for indoor and outdoor use.

Tesla said that the new wall-mounted charging piles can share electricity, make maximum use of existing power capacity, automatically distribute power, and charge multiple cars at the same time. The new wall-mounted charging posts are compatible with most North American electric cars, but charging Tesla cars requires an additional SAE J1772 charging adapter, which is shipped with all Tesla vehicles.

It is worth mentioning that Tesla is planning to open supercharging stations to all electric vehicles in the United States, so that non-Tesla electric car owners in North America can use Tesla supercharging stations.
