Gurman previously said that 2022 updated 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models will be announced "in a few days," while in today's tweet, he narrowed the time frame to tomorrow (October 18, US time). CTOnews.com learned that the 2022 new 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro are codenamed J617 and J620. It is rumored that the new iPad Pro device carries the same M2 chip as the MacBook Air and supports MagSafe wireless charging. No major design changes are expected.

The new 2022 iPad Pro is likely to be released in the form of an Apple press release.
