On this basis, the integration and development of active pen function can not only effectively save development costs, but also improve the linearity and accuracy of active pen writing.

Compared with the traditional plug-in touch control scheme RC (Impedance and parasitic Capacitance), the load of RC is reduced by Sensor Pattern and process optimization, and the signal-to-noise ratio is optimized by adjusting the driving voltage and frequency of the active pen, so that the linearity and accuracy of the active pen writing are higher. In the module process part, there is no need to add other films to realize the active pen function, which has little effect on the folding structure and bending characteristics of the folding screen.

In order to improve the accuracy and linearity of the product, TCL Huaxing capacitive active pen optimizes the product through the unique Sensor Pattern, especially in the aspect of oblique linearity, the effect is improved by more than 30%. In the test of active pen effect based on USI&WGP protocol, the data are better than the Wacom Level-1 specification requirements.

At the same time, the pen reporting rate of the product reaches 266Hz, and the peak value can reach 360 Hz according to different protocols; pen accuracy, linearity, jitter, all specifications can reach 0.3mm, highly restore the tip track, and the pen suspension height can reach 8mm. There is no delay or break in writing, and the writing is smooth.

Based on the excellent tip adaptation characteristics of flexible OLED screen surface materials, TCL Huaxing capacitive active pen not only has electrical conductivity, but also has appropriate damping, good friction strength and wear resistance, writing experience tip life of more than 5000 meters, screen friction resistance of more than 10000 times, to meet the needs of users for writing performance and durability.

In the production process, TCL Huaxing continues to optimize, develop and realize the active pen function based on the existing touch DOT Sensor. While meeting the user's demand for high-performance touch control, there is no need to change the existing process and process flow, which greatly saves the process production cost caused by technology optimization.
