The company also said the service supports multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi and Hindi, and is available for after-sales assistance on the realme website and other online and offline channels, priced at 489 rupees (about 43 yuan).

CTOnews.com has learned that the realme Care+ service will include an one-year extended warranty, an one-year broken screen insurance, and an one-year accidental damage and liquid damage warranty.

Realme said the integrated digital customer service platform will support SMS notification and real-time tracking service notification, self-service, software upgrade, knowledge base, door-to-door pick-up service, TV door-to-door service and warranty status check. In addition, the technical support system will also be supported by the support z service center to facilitate customer maintenance.

Officials say India is an important market for realme, so the company tries to make customers as satisfied as possible after buying it. Realme recently upgraded its realme UI and began working with operators such as Jio 5G, Vi, Airtel and Jio to launch phones with 5G packages.
