According to reports, in an interview, Pat Kissinger said that at the inauguration ceremony of the Ohio plant, he sat with several CEO of fab-free companies to welcome them and even offered to put their Logo in the factory. Not only that, Pat Kissinger said he would be happy to put the Logo of competitors (AMD and NVIDIA) in his own fab.

Pat Kissinger also said that it's not just AMD and NVIDIA, he wants to show the world what Intel can do as a world-class manufacturing company.

CTOnews.com reported that at the Intel On Technology Innovation Summit at the end of September, Intel CEO Pat Kissinger said: Intel and Intel contract Manufacturing Services (IFS) will usher in an era of "system-level contract manufacturing" (System Foundry). Intel will become a great foundry to meet the growing demand for semiconductors, bring more capacity to the world and create more value for customers, he said. With the acquisition of Gaota Semiconductor, Intel OEM Services will become a comprehensive end-to-end manufacturing facility around the world, providing one of the industry's broadest differentiated technology portfolios.
