It is reported that the company was founded in March 2016 with a registered capital of 4.4 billion yuan and its legal representative is Ren Liangliang, which is wholly owned by Jiangsu Hello Pratt & Whitney Technology Co., Ltd.

In response, Hello responded, "Thank you for your concern. Junzheng Network has changed its name to Hello Pratt & Whitney. The main business has not been adjusted, and the related business is progressing steadily. After years of business exploration, Hello has established the development direction of the 'travel-based inclusive life service platform'. Hello will be based on the local life service market in the future to provide users with more professional local travel and life services."

CTOnews.com learned that in April this year, the Hello Travel official announced the upgrade of the brand. Logo changed from the previous H-style pattern to the "Hello" rounded rectangle icon, and the brand name also removed the "travel" to express the Hello diversified business layout.

On October 9, Hello announced that the number of daily active users of App in the first Holiday Carnival exceeded 15 million, and the share of revenue in the group's overall business in the first nine months of taxi-hailing, electric car, power exchange and other new businesses exceeded the breakthrough of shared bikes for the first time.
