The installed scale of wind power and photovoltaic power generation will reach more than 2500 kilowatts in 2025 and more than 4000 kilowatts in 2030. All 13 pumped storage power stations that have been included in the national medium-and long-term pumped storage plan for implementation in the 14th five-year Plan have been approved to start construction this year, and the installed capacity of pumped storage power stations in the province will reach 2000 million kilowatts by 2030. The construction of the new power system has been accelerated, the UHV power grid has formed a 2-AC and 2-direct external contact channel, the backbone network and distribution network have been continuously improved, and the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan distribution network has reached the national central city standard. The level of power service has improved significantly, and the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan "access to electricity" index has reached the domestic first-class level. The coal reserve capacity has been significantly improved, the natural gas supply guarantee foundation has been more consolidated, and the electricity-based energy support system has been further improved.

CTOnews.com learned that the "plan" is clear to improve the level of terminal energy electrification. These include vigorously promoting new energy vehicles in the areas of public transport, short-distance logistics and airport services, guiding residents to give priority to the purchase of new energy vehicles, and continuously promoting the construction and optimization of shore power facilities for 1000-ton port berths in the province.

In addition, the "plan" says to speed up the layout of charging (replacing) infrastructure. We will optimize the layout of public charging (changing) infrastructure in urban and rural areas, promote full coverage of the charging (changing) network on highways and provincial trunk roads, change power stations according to local conditions, and effectively enhance the guarantee capacity of public charging (changing) service. We will speed up the formation of a public charging (changing) network of "moderately advanced, fast charging and slow charging as a supplement". We will increase the capacity of the distribution network in existing old residential areas and speed up the construction and installation of charging facilities in residential communities. Pilot demonstration of the project of integration of energy storage and charging piles is encouraged. Speed up the research and application of advanced technologies such as intelligent orderly charging, high-power charging and wireless charging. Accelerate the interconnection of charging operation enterprise platforms, realize information sharing and cross-platform and multi-channel payment and settlement, and enhance the convenience of charging and user experience.
