CTOnews.com, October 14 (Xinhua)-- V Society has registered a new trademark called "Neon Prime" for game software.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office listed two filing records, and the V Society submitted the trademark in September as "computer game software, video game software, and computer game programs that can be downloaded through the Internet."

One Revera user, who appears to be a former employee of V Society, said: "this may be a spaceship simulation game like 'beyond the Speed of Light FTL' that we have been developing, or whether it has been put on hold. I think time will tell."

CTOnews.com learned that the co-founder of V Society and CEO Gabe Newell said last year that the company is developing a number of games and hopes to provide more single-player gaming experiences after the release of half-Life: Alex in March 2020.
