After looking for a long time, I finally found that when I commented the filter in the web.xml file, I could access it normally:

After commenting out, I visited again, which is accessible:

For the time being, I don't know what this problem is. I found another similar project. This time, it can be accessed. The specific reason is not clear. I think it is a file permission problem. However, I checked that the permissions are the same. It may be related to root decompression. I haven't had time to test it.
