The online ride-hailing supervision information interaction system received a total of 554 million orders in September, down 21.2% from the previous month.

Judging from the situation this month, it has the following characteristics:

First, among the top 10 ride-hailing platforms with orders, the highest order compliance rate is Ruqi travel, and the lowest is Huaxiu travel. Among the top 10 platforms in order quantity, the ones from high to low according to the order compliance rate (refers to the proportion of orders permitted by both drivers and vehicles) are Ruqi Travel, Hengdao Travel, Caihua Travel, T3 Travel, first Auto car appointment, Wanshun Taxi, Cao Cao Travel, Meituan Taxi, DiDi, Hua Xiaozhu Travel. The top three order compliance rates this month were Caihua Travel, Cao Cao Travel and Wanshun car hailing, followed by Meituan taxi hailing (0.9%), Hengdao Travel (0.8%) and Ruqi Travel (0.2%).

Among them, the platform for passengers and providing services jointly with ride-hailing platform companies (commonly known as "aggregation platform") completed 135 million units, down 19.2% from the previous month. According to the order compliance rate from high to low are Ctrip car, Meituan taxi, Baidu taxi, DiDi, Gaode taxi, Tencent travel, Hua Xiaozhu travel.

Second, among the major central cities, the highest order compliance rate is Hangzhou and the lowest is Shijiazhuang. Among the major central cities, the highest to lowest order compliance rates are Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Guiyang, Chongqing, Hefei, Lanzhou, Qingdao, Ningbo, Haikou, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Zhengzhou, Taiyuan, Nanning, Hohhot, Nanchang, Tianjin, Changsha, Chengdu, Wuhan, Changchun, Xining, Xi'an, Jinan, Yinchuan, Harbin, Shenyang, Shanghai, Dalian, Kunming, Beijing and Shijiazhuang. Among them, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Guiyang, Chongqing, Hefei, Lanzhou, Qingdao, Ningbo, Haikou, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Zhengzhou, Taiyuan, Nanning, Hohhot, Nanchang and other 18 cities have order compliance rates of more than 80%. The top three order compliance rates this month were Guiyang, Chongqing and Shijiazhuang, followed by Xiamen (- 2.3%), Shenyang (- 2.9%) and Hohhot (- 4.3%).
