The standard has not been confirmed by VESA, and the speed specification is not clear. Currently, the highest specification implementation of DP 2.0 allows for up to 80 Gb / s of bandwidth over four channels.

At present, Nvidia RTX 40 GPU supports DP 1.4a and 8K 60Hz, which can temporarily meet the current 4K 144Hz / 160Hz display output with the support of DSC compression technology.
