CTOnews.com learned that the off-line offshore wind turbine with a single unit capacity of 13.6 MW has an impeller diameter of 252 meters and an impeller sweeping area of about 50,000 square meters, equivalent to 7 standard football fields.

At full wind speed, a single unit generates 29 kilowatt hours per rotation, which can output 63.5 million kilowatt hours of clean electric energy every year, which can meet the normal electricity consumption of more than 30,000 families of three in one year; reduce coal consumption by 19,000 tons and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 48,000 tons.
