As far as the content is concerned, it is relatively perfect. Then you need to report the results of the survey to the leader by email. If so, how would you write this email?

I think most people would write:

Copy and paste all the contents of the survey directly into the email, and then send it to the leader. What kind of reply do you think you will receive?

I think it is mainly divided into two steps: content extraction and visual expression.

The first step of content extraction is to review the requirements of the leadership:
