CTOnews.com, October 13 (Xinhua)-- Microsoft unveiled two new Teams certified accessories at Ignite 2022 to improve the hybrid conference experience: Microsoft Audio dock (Microsoft Audio Dock) and Microsoft Presenter Plus remote Control (Microsoft Presenter Plus remote control).

Microsoft Audio dock is an all-in-one speaker system with a straight-through PC charger that can connect and charge PC through USB-C (3.2 Gen 2) with a power of up to 60W. Four different ports (HDMI, USB-An and two USB-C) are provided, and users can connect two monitors with HDMI and USB-C interfaces. The base provides a dual forward microphone with noise reduction function, and there are control buttons at the top of the device to display your microphone status. The Microsoft audio dock is certified by Microsoft Teams and has a special Teams button to quickly join the meeting and raise your hand to speak.

The speakers on the audio dock bear Microsoft's Omnisonic brand, which is the same as the speakers in Microsoft's Surface devices. The base has a 15-watt subwoofer and a 5-watt tweeter.

Microsoft Presenter Plus is a handheld remote that allows users to easily join Teams meetings and can be used with other conferencing applications, such as PowerPoint, Prezi, or Keynote. Users can present slides with the remote control, mute or unmute themselves at the click of a button, and use the built-in screen pointer to direct attendees' attention to specific areas of the presentation.

CTOnews.com learned that other features of Microsoft's Presenter Plus remote control include the same mute indicator as on the audio base, and raising your hand to speak by holding down a dedicated Teams button in a Teams meeting. The remote control is connected via Bluetooth and can be connected wirelessly at a distance of up to 32 feet (about 10 meters).

The Microsoft audio dock will go on sale on Oct. 25 for $250 (about 1793 yuan) and the Presenter Plus remote control for $79.99 (about 574 yuan).
