Polestar 3 is equipped with 5 radar modules, 5 external cameras and 12 ultrasonic sensors to provide advanced safety features. There are two closed-loop driver surveillance cameras in the cockpit that track the driver's eyes to emphasize safe driving.
In addition, the car is equipped with a 111kWh high-capacity battery pack, a dual-motor powertrain and the same SPA2 platform as the upcoming Volvo EX90, with a maximum target life of 670 km in CLTC conditions, 4.7 seconds of acceleration time per 100 km and a maximum power of 517 hp.
