Open the registry editor, find "HKEY_LOCAL_MacHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ explorer" as the primary key, right-click in the right window, create a new "string value" named "AlwaysUnloadDII", then change the key value of "AlwaysUnloadDII" to "1", exit the registry and restart the machine.
