According to reports, RTX 4090 has a very good overclocking performance, air-cooled heat dissipation can easily achieve the frequency of 3075MHz.

In order to achieve a higher frequency, the overclocking team removed the power limit controller of the graphics card, and finally realized the frequency of the 3.45GHz. But for stability, the team successfully broke world records in five benchmarks with GPU speeds of 3270-3375 MHz, including 3DMark Ultra 28,553, 3DMark Port Royal 29304, and 3DMark Time Spy Extreme 21949.

CTOnews.com learned that the Nvidia RTX 40 GPU uses 5nm-based TSMC 4N process, with 76 billion transistors, 16384 CUDA cores and 24 GB high-speed Meguiar GDDR6X memory, continuously running at more than 100 FPS in games with 4K resolution.

According to foreign media sources, by default, RTX 4090 is 450W TDP, and the power consumption can reach 496W to 667W when using overclocking software. In addition, the performance loss is 9% when the RTX 4090 power consumption is limited to 300W and only 6% at 350W.
