The data platform, called MO360, has been launched in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and will be launched in the United States and China, the statement said. The goal is to collect data throughout the production process, from parts to logistics to the assembly line, to create a virtual copy, where the team can analyze and visualize production data in real time. to more quickly optimize the production process and identify potential supply chain bottlenecks, and tilt the dynamic priority of production resources to electric and high-end cars.

Mercedes-Benz production employees can access the MO360 data platform through the self-service portal provided by any of the company's devices, including tablets, smartphones and laptops, and its visualization with Microsoft Power BI provides a WYSIWYG experience, enabling employees to become data workers with data modeling and association capabilities.

CTOnews.com learned that the cooperation is expected to increase car production efficiency by 20% in 2025 compared with 2022 levels, and help avoid unplanned shutdowns and arrange maintenance work in a timely manner.
