The draft proposed that, in addition to the basic functional applications necessary to directly support the operation of the operating system or realize the basic functions of the smartphone, all other pre-installed applications in the smartphone should be uninstallable. and to achieve the same basic functions of pre-installed applications, at most one can be set to non-uninstallable.
