CTOnews.com, October 12, according to Apple's website, Apple today announced the launch of Ask Apple, a new interactive Q & An and one-on-one consultation series that provides developers with more opportunities to communicate directly with Apple experts and gain insights, support and feedback.

CTOnews.com learned that developers participating in Ask Apple can consult on a variety of topics, including testing the newly released or updated framework at the latest seed; deployment Global developer Conference (WWDC); adapting to new features such as Smart Island; switching to Swift, SwiftUI and development aids; preparing App in advance for new OS and hardware releases, and so on. Ask Apple is free of charge and is open to all members of Apple Developer Program and Apple Developer Enterprise Program.

Through Ask Apple, developers can ask questions to members of various Apple teams in the form of questions and answers on Slack or one-on-one "office hours" consultation. Through Q & A, developers can directly contact Apple evangelists, engineers and designers to solve doubts, share experiences, and communicate with other developers around the world. The main idea of "office hours" is to create and distribute wonderful App using the latest technology and design. Developers can seek code-level assistance, design guidance, support for deployment techniques and frameworks, advice on problem solving, or help with the App Store Review Guide and distribution tools. "Office hours" will be conducted in multiple languages in all time zones around the world.
