Through the strengthening design of the folding screen and the selection of module materials, TCL Huaxing makes the inner folding radius of the folding screen reach 3-5mm, and its dynamic bending life is up to 10-200000 times. Even if it is opened and closed 100 times a day, it can be used for at least 5 years.

CTOnews.com learned that the 17-inch IGZO inkjet printing OLED folding display uses the flexible inkjet printing OLED technology jointly developed by TCL Huaxing and Guangdong Juhua. Juhua opened up the printing OLED / QLED process and focused on high resolution, flexible winding and printing quantum dot display, which laid a solid technical foundation for printing and flexible display technology to achieve mass production.

TCL Huaxing said that thanks to the development of Juhua printing OLED device structure, inkjet printing technology, printing drying film forming technology, flexible film packaging technology and flexible LLO technology, this 17-inch IGZO IJP OLED folding display has successfully solved most of the problems existing in inkjet printing OLED technology, laying the foundation for mass production of large-size printing windable flexible OLED display technology.

Lower production cost: TCL Huaxing uses printing to prepare OLED flexible devices, which can make the material utilization rate reach more than 85%, and the production cost of printing method is about 20% lower than that of evaporation method.
