CTOnews.com, October 11, Beijing No. 1 Intermediate people's Court held a public auction of 908 trademarks owned by Letv Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd. on JD.com online judicial auction platform from October 10 to 11. At 10:00 this morning, the auction of 908 trademarks owned by Letv Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd. including "LE" and Letv's mobile phone "LeMobile" ended in a failed auction because there was no bid.

According to JD.com 's auction platform, the auction was launched in September this year and was disposed of by the Beijing No. 1 Intermediate people's Court. The auction will take place from October 10 to 11 at 10:00, with a starting price of about 837900 yuan and a deposit of 80,000 yuan. By the end of the auction time, the page showed that 14 people set up attention reminders and 1561 onlookers, a total of 2 people signed up for the auction, but there was no record of bidding.

With regard to the 908 trademarks at this auction, Leeco has stressed that the auction is the "LE" trademark of Letv Holdings, not the "Le" of Leeco, and that the "Le", "Letv" trademarks and Chinese "Letv" trademarks used by Letv Video, Letv Super TV and intelligent ecological products are not affected by the auction.

CTOnews.com learned that Letv had already auctioned a number of assets, including the shares of founder Jia Yueting brothers, the third Shimaogong Building in Beijing, as well as a number of trademarks and patents.
