CTOnews.com October 10 news, in March this year, Lutes launched its first pure electric Hyper SUV-- Lutes Eletre in the UK, officially ushering in the most important milestone in the transformation to an electric and intelligent high-performance car brand.

The UK brand, in which Geely has a 51 per cent stake in Lutes through Proton, is now ready for customers with its first all-electric SUV. Lutes Eletre will open the decision on October 25, along with the price announcement.

CTOnews.com learned that the model had been officially off-line at the Wuhan factory on July 15, and delivery of the first batch of vehicles would begin in early 2023 at the earliest.

Lutes Eletre is based on EPA architecture and locates large SUV in pure electricity. The new car is 5103/2019/1630mm in length, width and height (without rearview mirror), wheelbase is 3019mm, and wind resistance coefficient is only 0.26cd.

There are two versions of power, equipped with front and rear dual-motor four-wheel drive system, the comprehensive maximum power is 612hp and 918hp respectively, the maximum output power is close to 1000hp, the peak torque is 710Nm and 985Nm respectively, and the new car matches the two-gear gearbox on the rear axle motor, and the 100km acceleration time is 4.5s and 2.95s respectively.

In addition, the new car supports 800V high voltage fast charging function, which can drive 120km in 5 minutes, and it takes only 20 minutes to replenish the battery from 10% to 80%. The battery pack capacity exceeds 100kWhenerWLTP mileage is 600km and 517km respectively.

350kW charging power, 20 minutes charging range 400km (248miles), and compatible with 22kW AC power supply charging. Under WLTP condition, the mileage of full battery is about 600km (about 373miles).

The new car is equipped with five LCD screens and a through-type central console light belt, which can reflect different vehicle conditions through color changes. The central control screen in the car supports folding and opening, with built-in dual Qualcomm 8155 chips, compatible with 5G network, OTA upgrade and voice recognition technology.

In addition, the new car is equipped with four 128line lidars, seven 8MP cameras and 4D millimeter wave radar, matched with two Nvidia 7nm Orin chips with 508TOPS computing power, One-Box braking system, air suspension, CDC, active stabilization lever, rear wheel steering and vehicle stabilization system.
